How to access the building without using the Oskey app?

Oskey offers convenient access solutions even if you or your guests aren't using the mobile app. This article details the options available for entering your building without using the Oskey app on a smartphone.

Access for Residents Without an App

If you are a resident and do not wish to use the Oskey app, or if you do not have a smartphone, you can still access your building:

  • Using Your PIN: The primary method for access without an app is your PIN. Simply enter this code on the Intercom+ keypad to unlock the door. This option is also available if you do not have an email address or mobile phone number that allows you to install the app.

💡 Although physical access to the building is granted by your PIN, you must use the app to receive Intercom+ calls on your phone.

Access for Guests Without an App

You can allow your guests to access your building even if they do not have the Oskey app installed on their phone. Here are the solutions:

  1. Provide a quick code: From your own Oskey app, you can generate a quick code. This code is temporary and can be communicated to your guest (by text message, verbally, etc.). Your guest will simply have to enter this code on the Intercom+ to enter.

  2. Open the door remotely: When your guest rings the Intercom+, you will receive a call on your Oskey app. You can then open the door directly from your smartphone, even if the guest doesn't have the app.

⚠️ For everyone's safety, it is strongly recommended that you do not share your personal resident code. Use the quick code or remote opening features for your guests.
